I highly doubt anyone uses this community anymore (seeing as how the last entry posted was in 2005 - nearly four years ago) but it's worth a shot if someone browsing through deejay sees this and knows what I'm going on about. Can anyone figure out how the hell you get the %%userpic%% feature to show in the event/friends only/private entry box in style edit for the basic code Generator? I've tried replacing some of the awful default code with basic prompts --
<img src="%%src%%" width="%%width%%" height="%%height%%" border="0px">
-- but nothing is working. I also can't figure out how %%altposter%% fits into this, especially because the stylesheet is for a PERSONAL journal and not a community.
This is really frustrating, but I'd appreciate it if someone comes to my rescue. Thank very much in advance. With fingers crossed.♔イェン EDIT. I've solved the problem temporarily if you should happen to check my journal entries however the code for my images is concrete and not the actual icon I'm using in the userpic selection window. Also I am aware of this method already. Does anyone know any others that are less roundabout?

Um, would I possibly be able to get someone to help me with my style? As you can see, it's not behaving like it's supposed to. How do I fix it so that the deadjournal banner goes at the top like it's supposed to?

Alright, I was wondering if anyone knows how to put little blinkies in place of the bars between
[ userinfo -->|<-- deadjournal userinfo ]
And how I could maybe change the words from saying "userinfo" and so on.
It would be very much appriciated.

Hey there, still sorta new to creating styles. However, I've run into a bit of a problem recently whilst playing around with my lastest creation. I'm having a problem with the entries box. It won't move and is hogging up the entire middle of the page. Here, let me better explain it...
I'm using the default generator style. I did mess with it a little bit, by adding a second navigation box (which will soon be expanded and become a seperate links list). I want both the entries box and new links box to fit evenly on the page under the title bar. But I'm having a problem with positioning the entries table. I've tried using such commands as:
style="position:absolute;top:246px;left:15px"
and
div align="left"
But to no avail. I can't move it without it doubling up all over itself... i.e. the entries all lay on top of one another and obscure the most recent of posts.
Can anyone help me with a command to move this frekain' thing before I kill the style completely? If you need a screenshot or a link to this catastrophy just lemme know. I'm desperate to get this fixed... Thanks, and sorry I'm a retard with html...
2009 EDIT. This problem has since been resolved. I've grown out of my coding idiot-phase years ago.

I've been searching around a ton of communities for codes but I can't find them. If you look at my journal you'll see that the title is repeated on the part where my journal is written. You'll also see my name (Danielle) is on there below it.
So my question is how do I change what these say using overrides? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
